Eric has been practicing as an outpatient Physical Therapist for over 18 years. He graduated with a BS in Biology from Sacred Heart University in 1999 and completed his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2001. While practicing at the Lahey clinic in Burlington, MA he went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mass General Institute of Health Professions in 2004. Shortly after he returned to the greater Claremont area due to having grown up locally and having a strong connection to his family and his love of outdoor recreational activities.
Tracy has been practicing as a Physical Therapist for over 15 years. She earned a BS in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University in 2001. In 2003 she completed her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy also from Quinnipiac University. Tracy grew up just outside of Rutland, VT and after finishing college she worked in CT for a short time before returning to northern New England in 2004. After working in the Claremont area for nearly 4 years Tracy joined Eric at Adams Physical Therapy in January of 2008.
Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, receiving her degree from Duke School of Medicine in 2016. Prior to this, she received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science at James Madison University in Virginia. She began working at Adams PT in 2018. In addition to Adams PT she works part time at Mt Ascutney Hospital. She treats all patient populations, but has a passion for orthopedic and neurological patient populations. She specializes in treating movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s Disease, as she is LSVT BIG certified. She is also a certified coach for Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s Disease. She enjoys hiking, running, weight lifting, golf, tennis, softball, skiing, spartan races, and walking her dogs.
